Beyond linguistics
Apart from languages and linguistics, my major passions are (acoustic) guitar music [I can get very excited about music by Kings of Leon, Cake, John Mayer, Coldplay, the Peppers, U2, Jack Johnson, Sting, and a wide variety of ethnic music], travelling and exploring the dining tables (and drinks!) of new places.
